*Please note the prices quoted is a guide based upon an average property consisting of 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, additional charges may apply. Emergency cleaning is subject to $25.00 price increase.

• 2 Bedroom……….5-6 hours….1200sqft – 1500sqft…. $250.00  

• 3 bedrooms….7-8 hours……1500sqft – 2200sqft…. up to $325.00 

*Additional Rooms $25.00 (each)

• $85.00 - $125.00 per room…. w/floor finish

*The frequency of cleaning and finishing floors is dependent upon the area foot traffic. Every six months is recommended. 

• $0.50 per square foot

*The listed price includes labor, material, and tax. Prices are provided here are to be used as guidelines and will fluctuate depending upon market conditions.

Note: Personal effects should be removed & stored to prevent breakage.
